Just to rain on your parade a tiny bit, medical settings are the one place where it is sometimes important to disclose your gender assigned at birth. Pharmacologically there are some difference between how humans respond to medications and your providers may prescribe differently to make sure you are going to be safe and healthy. Simply saying "When I was born they said I was a _____" and that's enough for them to make the safest possible decisions .
