Jetzt müssen wir nurnoch die Superreichen abschaffen, dann schaffen wir das mit dem Umweltschutz!
Wenn wir Kinder weiter als Hobby sehen und die Geburtenrate unter 2 (aktuell unter 1,4) bleibt, haben wir als Nation langfristig verloren.
Was ich auch als riesiges Problem sehe: die Rente wird von den Kindern der Rentenempfänger gezahlt. Kinder bekommen muss also eine Investition (für das Alter) sein, ist aber gerade komplett entkoppelt. Kinder bekommen bringt finanziell nur Nachteile, Rente bekommt man auch von Kindern anderer Eltern. Es gibt mittlerweile sooo viele Paare die keine Kinder wollen, weil sie sich das nicht leisten können. Wenn meine Generation in die Rente kommt haben wir das gleiche Thema, wie mit den Boomern...

Thats good. The entry friction is really the most important thing when trying to get new users.
It doesn't need to be easy, it has to be nearly effortless and no unknown procedure for people to switch. E.g. writing one sentence to get an lemmy account is wayyyy to much for most people.
Thats why it is important to have an alternetive ready people can switch to. If there is a backlash (for any platform) and a decentralized alternative is there this is the biggest chance to become the "norm". So thanks to all the people working on lemmy, peertube, mastodon, etc.
T'is people travelling willingly to USA in current time. Don't think they are thinking about local customs.
