Dumb. Doesn't back up "chemtrails" you're trying to generalize this too much, yes they have conducted tests seemingly to verify how the spread of such weapons could occur. None directly harmful. Chemtrails as a clickbait has a much more sinister connotation. And none of these sources are much more than validation studies
