I'm so sorry, it's so incredibly hard to end the suffering of someone you love so much, but in the end, it's the best that you can do, you can't fix it.

She seems like an amazing dog whom you gave the best life you were able. You should be happy about that, she had years of her life when she was safe, and happy, and loved.
