Perhaps not knowing this at first was unforgivable to a few people, and accepting help from you seemed like I was being insincere? I am genuinely happy to see so many eager to help in this community, hell in the instances I've engaged with! So, so much nicer than Reddit aha

Thank you, that's fantastic! I need an upgrade and am likely going to go AMD for CPU and GPU. I think my Microsoft days are coming to an end aha

Thank you! I'll give it a proper shot, including enabling that setting. So good to know :)

Nah, the vast majority of my interest is in single player story-based games. But hey, the moment SteamOS for desktop is here, I'm jumping on that

I did, but completely forgot! I haven't used a local library in years >.<

I can be negative. But I love people and want the best for everyone. What I don't like are the toxic systems of control that some people are under, and some people follow. Aand sometimes I can be swept up in the injustice, and lose my patience with extreme followers.

I apologise in advance to this community if I make someone's mood worse, instead of better. I can often fail, and yet we should all strive to be a healthy member of the communities we inhabit!

world on fire
people in fire
OP: Why aren't you smiling?

South of UK, been fine here for several years throughout the issues elsewhere. They're either not bothering with banning uBO in my area or it's scattered and I'm lucky

I take my first experience at a motorcycle dealership as a baseline. To work on my bike they charged £55/h labour for the two of them. So I just think, minimum wage x 3 per person is a good price for mechanics. Now it'd be about £75.

~~My network has reset several times and I've narrowed it down to an apparent DDOS attack. Never the same IP source, all hitting the specific port I use for incoming qBt traffic, shutting down the client doesn't help, router is getting 10-20 requests per second for idk, several hours. Is there anything I can do about this?~~

Edit: Thanks everyone, it's apparently not an attack and my router just sucks aha. It was overheating so I took its coat off. My router's log was filled with "DoS(SyN-Flooding)" messages, and according to Wikipedia that's a DDoS attack.
