As the sister of a 45-year-old man who's been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (dunno the English term) 20 years ago: when you take the right meds, they'll work. You'll then think you're good and don't need them anymore, and stop taking them because the side effects are annoying. It's a really bad idea. Last time he got 5,000€ in debt to buy Christmas trees to gift to random homeless people around Berlin.

Is he really that fat and pig-like now? Or is the meme responsible?
I thought it was funny.
A few months ago our neighbor's cat decided he likes us a bit better. He switches homes every 5 days or so, but visits several times a day when he's at her place. For some reason he doesn't trigger my partner's allergy. He's only moderately cuddly, but very smart and considerate. He naps on my bed but spends every night on Kid's pillow and she's over the moon. He waits for her on the porch after school.
Neighbor will be moving and she's considering leaving him with us. We can only hope.
We're in France.
He got the maximum sentence.
He does look like a statue that escaped from the Vatican. I hadn't realized it yet.
In France, Chilean-French isn't a thing, unless you hold both passports. You're "YourPassportian, but in France for 20 years", or "YourPassportian, but moved countries a lot." .
