Where? Pax Americana enveloped all of the developed world and American shanenigans have an impact on everywhere it would be nice to live. Late stage capitalism is a global problem nowadays. Americans are getting fucked economically but europeans are facing the collapse of security structures and the need for huge arms investments, also the wave of right wing populism doesn't seem to be receeding. IDK too much about situation in south America but apart from Argentina 100 years ago SA countries never seemed to be the best of countries to live. Developed nations of Asia probably have the same problems as Europe right now.

I guess we should just hope that China doesn't turn their strategy from economic expansion to something more imperialistic and will still be satisfied with us just consuming tons of their plastic shit.

Of course, first things need to hit rock bottom for regular people to demand fair treatment.

If people loose their jobs due to society being fed up with certain companies then it's bad, it would be praiseworthy though if the same companies fired people due to automation or outsourcing to India. "Economics" media is a codeword for bootlicking propaganda.

He got so rich thanks to corporate welfare. For more than a decade he has been selling far fetched sci-fi ideas intended to save the future of humanity and received billions that fueled marketing campaigns which pumped market value of his companies like it was a meme shitcoin.

Every lottery run by private business is not a lottery but transfer of money from gullible to someone's friends and family.

It's not like USA didn't profit from being the sole sheriff on international waters for those 80 years. Europe being subdued and mostly not seeking any power projection in that period allowed the US to dictate who buys what from whom and in what currency. None of world policing was a charity. There's no going back to that. Europe has to commit to security, I just hope Von Der Leyen and Tusk will not waste that 1trillion euro they are promising to spend on that and that Americans will take the Russians assets out the Romanian way and become sane again.

Good, whoever cooperates with Lukashenko's regime should be completely denied entry to the EU under any circumstances.

No. The insanity of hustle culture there is off-putting to me and offers I got from there were always worse than whatever I could find through real life network.

CO2 saturators are cheap. I love carbonated water and all I buy is a gas bottle fill every two months or so for 15 euro, on top of that I don't need to carry any heavy bottles upstairs.

Tap water here has a lot of calcium in it. Good for drinking but without filtering it would destroy my espresso machine in a month.

There literally was never a valid reason to use this service. Knowledge about possibility of my great x 30 grandmother being raped by a Mongol raider is not even a fun fact to say at parties.

I break and drop and lose sunglasses constantly, I have to buy 3 or 4 new pairs a year so I'm not interested in buying anything expensive. Until recently I bought some Chinese 5 euro crap but I would prefer to buy 10-15 euro EU made crap. Is there anything like that available?
