Time to get a broom handle in that door. Or put the pooch to work. It's bored.

A year worth of groceries. $100/week for a year.

Something I could really use now.

They did. At least in Canada the 750ml jar. We don't buy pasta sauce anymore but lots of folks give us jars instead of throwing them out.

We produce the vast majority of our own food. Classico jars are awesome until they changed the tread pattern so we can't use the new ones with mason style lids. I have around 200 of these and use them regularly. Have been for over a decade on some. Those companies are full of shit and want you to buy more. The odd one will bust in the pressure canner but that is no different than mason or Bernardin jars that we buy off the shelf in Canada. I have never had one bust on a water bath in around 10-15 years of using them for various goods. We've even used them quite a lot for goods we sell from our homestead.

How many years does online complaining need to take place before we get to uprising? I'm just curious if we should prepare for war yesterday in Canada or next week cause complaining from Americans and not acting has been going on for multiple presidential terms now. I think Cheeto did the uprising in around 4 years if I remember correctly. It was a few groups of Nazis that led the entire thing. Nazis don't tend to be very smart.

Nova Scotia lobster is awesome and there will be lots to go around this year since we won't be sending much stateside or to China.

I'd suggest Alberta beef as well but fuck Danielle Smith.

Don't get out. Rise up. Take it back!

It's fishing season. YAY! ultra important this year to us rural poor people with yam tits messing with our shit. So...

Canadian tackle companies? We all know excessive amounts of tackle is necessary because, well...fishing. Mostly trout and bass fishing.

I have some Len Thompson but I'm looking for other manufacturers as well.

I just happened upon this fellow posting into the Lemmy void about becoming a college athlete at 55 years old. This person is going to train for one full year in the hopes of becoming a college level athlete. They have no experience with rowing competitively.

I have no affiliation to this person it just seems like a neat story and we could all use a good story out of the political media circus that we are all inundated by.

I think it will be interesting and buddy (ok, yes, I am Canadian) seems to be a nice guy who wants to try and do something he's always wanted to accomplish but never had the opportunity until now.

I think that is pretty cool and should be supported. Looks like progress reports will be the thing.

Know something about rowing? Maybe pop by and help out.

Want to just follow the progress of a lone guy on a real mission to better himself? Join up.

Just maybe !newlaneuniversityrowing@sh.itjust.works Is for you.
