Only after the deaths of the figureheads who brought it about in the first place.

I keep thinking that I wish there was a way to just sell all that stuff and start afresh, but then I slip back into something many years later and rediscover all the cool stuff I had stashed away ...
I just finished The Hollow Places, it was enjoyable but I got snagged on the number of bad decisions the protagonist made when they were then pointed out explicitly as being bad decisions in the text, rather than just rolling with it.
I think writing first person is very difficult though!
Have a cry, then take a photo of what the cap looks like and ask what the right course if action is on Dad For A Day or whatever it's called.
You can fix it, you just need to know how.

So, I did go through a few years when I fancied the idea of having kids, but was never in a stable enough relationship for it to be fair on the kid ... also, being gay would have had to adopt, and you have to be well off financially for that!
I'm glad I didn't - so much would have had to be sacrificed, wouldn't have been able to move to another country, etc etc, and TBH I don't think I would have been a good parent because I would have resented them because of that.
Similar to me, we'll have been together 10 years in October, married for 4. We married with one witness for each of us, which is the legal minimum here, primarily for the purposes of legal paperwork.
We do call each other "Mrs. Sharkweek" in an annoying cutesy way though, and we do wear wedding rings (stainless steel, 30€ each!)
It has worked really well for us.
Yeah, that's pretty much where I was 10 years ago. Had I done all-round exercise then I would be in a much better state now.
Good luck
It's another weapon they can use to try to attack any woman who gets uppity ... and some of those who don't.
They already have lots of weapons in their arsenal.
I'm 48 now, used to be like you. Now I have to do exercises to sort the bits that manual work and sports don't reach ... if I don't exercise properly I can't do the manual labour without a lot of pain :-/
It's not so bad once you get used to it, just put on some pumping music and enjoy the endorphins :-)
Relatedly, I always loved the ending solo to Jump in the Fire from Kill Em All
