Chat bots aren't currently programmed to answer questions about color combinations. AI programs like ChatGPT can, but your typical chat bot on internet forums, business chat channels, and dating sites can't.

Next time you think you're dealing with a bot, ask it a color combination question like "What do you get when you combine red and blue?"

I work long hours as a welder, most of my work clothes are baggy mens clothes from a thrift store. My hair is typically up in a bun and tucked under a cap. I get misgendered a lot when in my work clothes which is fair, I totally get it.

But when I'm waiting on cooldown, on a break, or at lunch, I like to read a book, draw in a sketch pad, or write in a notebook. The guys are always on their phones watching Tiktok or playing some game.

It may be a little thing, but I enjoy reading, writing, and drawing which I consider to be a "typically female thing."

This issue is a hot potato for politicians, none of them want to fix it. To fix it is to aconowledge the real unemployment numbers which will reflect badly on a political party.

If Political Party XYZ were in charge and changed the unemployment count to the true count, Political Party ABC will claim unemployment "skyrocketed" because of Party XYZ without the context of the count being more accurate.

And if Party ABC takes back power in this hypotherical, they would change the definition back to the inaccurate count, then claim they drastically lowered unemployment.

Generally, if software was affordable and their business model is ethical, I wouldn't pirate it.

If a company is charging a subscription for something that has no business being a subscription, I'll pirate it. If a business is stealing data or willingly collaborating with evil people/governments/regimes/etc, I'll pirate it.

Democrats: "Let's ignore left wing and independant voters. We'll chase after right wing voters instead."

Right wing voters vote entirely for Republicans. Left wing and independant voters feel abandoned and dont vote.

Democrats: "I don't understand how we could have lost. Let's continue to ignore left wing and independant voters. We'll have to double down on our efforts to get right wing voters.

Right wing voters continued to vote entirely for Republicans. Left wing and independant voters feel abandoned and dont vote.

Democrats: "What the hell happened? We lost yet again? I thought doubling down on the same strategy would have worked. Welp, we have no choice now but to triple down on the same strategy we keep losing with."

I care a little bit. I work as a welder and am on the verge of completing a four year apprenticeship. My pay is going to shoot up, so I need to plan to save money for tax day.

Right now I have my employer taking an extra $15 out of each paycheck to give to the IRS. It used to be enough to receive a refund. But these past four years as my pay increased, that refund gets smaller and smaller.

I'm going to have to get my employer to take a bit more out of each paycheck. Tgat way I wont owe anything at the end of the year.

My pet goldfish was also sent to a farm when I was a kid. Sending people to farms sounds like a euphemism for extermination.

I hated Elon Musk well before he got involved with Trump. It was obvious to me that there was something deeply wrong and evil about that man. People keep falsely assuming rich = smart. Elon is proof that's not true.

I hated Beanie Babies when it first became a craze. The company who made these stuffed toys had full control over their value and was deliberately causing shortages & errors to drive up perceived value.

I hate NFTs and cryptocurrency for the same reasons I hated Beanie Babies. I advised my sister against investing her savings into cryptocurrency, but she wouldn't listen. She lost everything.

And now I hate what Nintendo is doing with the Switch 2. I can see the writing on the wall, this is a shameless cash grab using deeply unethical anti-customer tactics.

"I’m really concerned that this is a moment in history when people look back, where we’ve got it wrong as a country,” Pritchard added.

Bullshit. The people got it right, the news media and politicians got it wrong. We always knew genocide was wrong, but AIPAC bribes and/or threatens people in media and power.

Man in the High Castle tv show. The premise was interesting, Nazis taking over the US and the population figting back. However, the show quickly devolved into a confusing mess.

Nazis are in charge of the US government, yet there's other Nazis on the run from the Nazis in charge? And they're hiding bibles? I was left scratching my head wondering if there were any characters that weren't Nazis. I guess it's a story about how bad guys always turn on each other?

Also The Witcher season 1 tv show. I've never played the games before and knew nothing about it. I was hoping the tv series would be my introduction to the games, but... what in the actual fuck. Was the director drunk? Is this a show about medieval fantasy time travel and I'm just not getting it?

It's ok. I'm in my 40s and it's my first dive into a pokemon game. My roommate is angry that a coworker recommended this specific game as my first, but it seems ok.

There's a story... I guess? It's not very compelling as it seems the target demographic is much younger. I do like going to new areas, collecting every wisp and pokemon, and evolving them.

I'm late to the party, but I just got into Pokemon Legends Arceus.
