In the case you described it might be autonomous delivery systems. Why leave the house and drive around town when a little delivery drone on wheels can deliver it at the same time?

Die Frage ist, was löst das alte Auto für eine Kette aus? Führt es am Ende dazu, dass irgendwo in Rumänien ein alter Diesel aus den 90 ern stillgelegt wird?

I only used Apple for a very short time, but their connector seemed pretty neat. Small and with satisfying haptics. Too bad they are so shitty about patents and standards.

Ich liebe es, wenn ein Podcast einer Sache richtig auf den Grund geht. Jedenfalls so lange es eine gute Story gibt, die die Zeit wert ist. Ich liebe die ARD Audiothek.

Mit wurde mal ein Sackschutz beschlagnahmt. So ein Plastikding, dass beim Baseball dafür sorgt, dass man die Eier nicht vom Ball zermatscht bekommt. Das wäre nach diesem Urteil auch nicht legal.

It doesn't solve the problem of rising rent. People already owning their property are not affected by this and can profit off rent increase.

As long as people can't afford their first home, your cabin is not a priority. Plus, what's the cost of that cabin? If it's cheap, the tax increase won't mean a huge increase in total numbers.
