Your post isn't asking a question, it's pushing an agenda. Really doesn't seem in the spirit of this community to me.
I'll take FOSS over the proprietary software we can be sure will do malicious things to us any day.
This really isn't the right community for this post.
Struggling with my resistence to seek therapy.
(No need to give me suicide hotline numbers or anything. I'm not suicidal. Just trying to convince myself it has the potential to do me more good than harm to actually get therapy.)

Probably if you're too lazy to grab a cord, line it up with the plug, and press gently but firmly. With wireless, you can just lob it vaguely in the right vicinity and not overstrain your fine motor skills.
