This “calming room” solitary bullshit is standard practice in the US public school system, too. They lock kids as young as kindergarten in what they call a safe room, which can be an unused office or a padded room.
Some public schools in the states hire former prison guards to subdue children as young as 5 years old.

It’s always important to question everything - but don’t stop there.
First, check the source and citations. This news org claims to be progressive and it actually checks out as left leaning. Citations are legit.
Next, read carefully for context. While the article discusses the amount conservatives have pumped into their candidate, and even musk’s $12 million donation plus his million dollar voter payout scheme, the focus is on all the details of dem/liberal/left contributors. So it’s meant to be a positive story of coming together against the project 2025 machine.
It’ll end up somehow being blamed on Dems. Remembering the time Congress overrode Obama’s JASTA veto, then the GOP immediately blamed Obama for not warning them harder.
