No. Maybe sometimes they are. But generally, racial slurs are used explicitly to be racist or offensive.

I spent enough time in my teens and early 20's doing that. I grew out of it when I got smarter and more jaded.
So happy that I switched to linux. Microsoft has been one of the main forces of enshitification of the world. Fuck em. I cant play a bunch of games with my friends anymore, and I have to learn a few new CAD programs, which is like 10 thousand hours of work that I am flushing down the toilet. Worth it.
Ehhh, its been pretty pitiful from what I have seen. Certainly there are some exceptional usamericans who are out in the streets protesting, but on the average, the country is irredeemable. Fuck those people forever.
