Counterpoint: The very IDEA that harm could be done to ANY Klezmer Brahmin is a greater crime than the starvation of ALL children of the lesser castes, so... checkmate, antisemites!

Didn't that stop working yeas ago when Oddyssee or whatever dropped their crypto thing?

They did this over Diblasio. Smallest violin above Plank scale plays for them. GO! We don't WANT YOU HERE! FUCK OFF TO FLORIDA! GO OR SHUT UP!

I think it may be vanilla. They add those "thought provoking stories" for users in certain markets based on Pocket. OP should just try disabling all the "show me ads on the homepage" settings and I wager it would all go away.

If you're using IMAP, it would just be sending account credentials from your IP, but X sequential IMAP logins in a row from one IP would suggest one person in 2025, since everyone is using apps.

It's possible that I'm mistaken. I've seen it claimed that it still has the IMEI, but that might be inaccurate, and I don't know exactly where I saw it. I've never seen an explicit claim that it does not before now, so I'm not sure who is correct.

You should also beware that if you use the Google Play stuff for push notifications to work (even sandboxed afaik) it will include the IMEI in the payload when it phones home to Google.

I'm not sure what's considered best these days. My privacy v security concern slider has been more on the privacy side in recent years, so I mostly torbrowser.

I'm kind of surprised anyone isn't using magnets. I feel like I never see torrentfile only anymore.

The purpose of tor is to blend in, any customization undermines that. If you are concerned primarily about security over privacy, it's probably better to use a hardened browser and a VPN instead.

I will grant that 'hot' is often trash, but that's what you get when it's on YOU not an algorithm run by a corporation to curate your own experience. And the idea that .world or hexbear are under moderated is just fucking comedy... I'm banned from like a third of hexbear for saying "short bus" once (although 90% of that is just alaskaball being a sad, petty tyrant like flyingsquid used to be on .world, but even sadder because half the communities they ban their enemies from are abandoned)
