Until a week ago I was like this, coffee, some water and in the evening 1 or 2 beers.

But about a week ago my big toes started to hurt while walking. Googled my symptoms and I'm fairly sure I'm developing gout. So now I'm trying to get at least 2 liters of water in.

My problem is mostly that I just don't get thirsty during the day. Like some days I might only drink one litre in total and I don't feel thirsty at all.

I have nothing agains Russians, I do have something against Putin invading Ukraine, Georgia etc. I have nothing against Chinese people, I do have something against Xi and what he is doing against the Uygurs, or what he did to Hong Kong and might do to Taiwan. Just like I don't have anything against Americans, but I have a lot against Trump.

What my company used to do, person A asks for higher hour rate. Manager can't get approval from his manager.

Person A quits, but is told you can always apply for the job again. Request for a new hire is made, people show up, also person A. In the end person A is hired for a better hour rate.

I do know a scrum coach that tried this only to be not hired because person B showed up and they liked him more.

It's a healthier meal than 90% of stuff from the supermarket, maybe a bit high on the salt
