Why would one flare of the mono-party do something differently?

Same post has been deleted here today (too lazy to check for mod logs), hope this one stays on

You may have shared the article link with a tracker query parameter (the ?gift=...). You can safely delete that and preserve the link to the content

I had never heard of one being convened over a commercial messaging app

"Good thing" Signal was initially funded by the Open Technology Fund, a subsidiary of Radio Free Asia, a project of the CIA (who some members of the group chat mentioned in the article are a part of).

By the way, on the day before the attack discussed in the group chat, Trump announced the dissolution of the US Agency for Global Media (that supervises Radio Free Asia and the OTF), after establishing a new CEO earlier this year

Why does it not have "Decline all" button??

For users in the EU it does. Or it should, since a lot of companies still don't comply to GDPR

You should put a link to the meme creator when you are able to identify them :)

In this case: https://www.instagram.com/p/C-IiyaVOnag

Yep, but Briar is a bit different

Thank you for your recommendation

Though I have to say it seems kinda very wobbly and not yet trustable. Also how does every right-wing cryptobro app have this flare to it that makes it obvious it's built on Blockchain? (I'm talking about UI details, this is not important, just a question)

What is wrong with SimpleX? It has always been a solid choice for private chats when Matrix was not a secure enough solution

Ok thanks! You were explaining Signal

I added a precision to my original comment so it's clear for everyone

Peertube is decentralized like Lemmy. I think you have to add instances you want to browse from

Why are almost all your comments deleted or moderated?

Anyway, I'm a cybersecurity expert and privacy enthusiast, what does the Lemmy instance I use have to do with it, since its theme is a political and not a technology one?

Edit: yep just a troll
