25 year old, Bogdan Syrotiuk is a Ukrainian revolutionary of the Young Guard of Bolshevik-Leninists, a Trotskyist youth group. Like many Trotskyists, Syrotiuk opposes Russian imperialism and the attempts of Moscow to conquer Ukraine. But unlike many western style democrats, Syrotiuk also rejects the Ukrainian government and state, which he denounces as capitalist and not in the service of the Ukrainian working class. Since 22 February 2022, Ukraine is under martial law. The capitalist government uses the martial law to imprison anybody they declared to be ”loyal to Moscow”. Last year, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) arrested Bogdan Syrotiuk. For 12 months now he is held in a SBU prison and his health has declined. Ukrainian prisons are bad and prisoners are not getting proper treatment.

Starting September 1, 2026, UnitedHealthcare — the largest health insurer in the country — will stop separately reimbursing lactation consultants for the baby's portion of a home visit, paying only for the mother.

The company calls it eliminating "duplicate payments." Lactation consultants like New Jersey's Danielle Tropea say it cuts their reimbursement roughly in half — from about $250 to around $125 — for the same visit, the same baby, the same work.

The Affordable Care Act mandates breastfeeding support at no cost to families, so this is a billing-code workaround on a benefit the law guarantees. Here's how the trick works, and who actually pays for it.

The USA is ran by fascist who work for the capitalist. They are unpopular and willing to false flag in order to build up the already bloated military budget. The rift between israel and the USA is just for show. Netinyahoo isn't really in charge. People need to remember the capitalist are in charge. Fascist are the useful idiots of empire
