Feels a little victim-blamey to basically say "what did he expect, living there". Trans people are everywhere, by definition. He deserves better than this.

Just to be real, if a profile says no bi girls, anyone who is coming into things authentically is just going to respect that (or not want a partner who is okay with biphobic sentiments like that) and simply not message. Anyone you're trying to exclude is not reading that far.

I'd also see if you can get a consult with an endocrinologist, especially one who prescribes HRT already, they might be able to discuss the level of detail you are looking for better than a GP. You should be able to look up endocrinologists on the UHC website, some will even have the tag "LGBTQ friendly" or something like it, I would start there!

This is really really significant, especially with the other news of arresting Judge Hannah Dugan for opposing an ICE kidnapping in her courtroom. The legal system is forcing them to at least slow their destructive policy implementation and they don't like that.
Every new step is testing the waters of what the people will accept. They've already backtracked on things that were sufficiently unpopular. We need to push back hard, now. Call your reps, get in the streets, say Judge Hannah Dugan's name.
