How do you explain going from excessive oiliness in less than 30 hours to the same level of oiliness taking 7 days? It was a long transition but you're telling me I'm a freak and everyone else with the same outcome are simply outliers? I know there's a genetic aspect, but I had a very real change over time.

It's because hair care products are a scam. That natural body sebum is all your hair needs. Most products cause an imbalance on your scalp and you way overproduce as a response, hence hair getting gross fast. It took months of greasy hair before I got to a healthy level. I use soap in my hair at most once a week. It's often more than 7 days before I feel I should wash nowadays. I have over 12 inches of hair for reference.

I'm in the same boat. I started to turn things around in my late 20s with regular exercise, and my knees (and back) feel better at 31 than they did at 25.
