After you edited it, it is more clear now. You should have phrased it that way to begin with.

Because saving video games and stopping the killing of children are mutually exclusive???

You’re bringing that 2008 Reddit energy.

We can do better than that here. Let’s be the change we want to see.

Those only really work for American style up down windows. In Germany and most eu countries a different style are used. They are hinged on both the bottom and the side and you can choose which set of hinges to use. Very useful but not compatible with American style window AC units. If you google for “German window” you’ll see the memes.

I think the difference is that those are reasonable and come from within the community of use. Even if a loud minority acted up for a few days.

The examples in the post are just silly and are forced onto the community of use by political overlords.

Not caring about the world around you and who makes the laws in your life is certainly one way to live.

Very slave mentality.

If the government told me I could not legally be with the person I love I would reject it and fight. Just being like “ok guess I have to accept that I can’t be with the person I love” is just crazy in my mind.

Good for you that you can handle that. I could not.

As I said. Your boss and landlord will vote. You can trust them to represent your interests. Clearly.

The people who oppose your interests certainly aren’t apolitical though. 🤷‍♀️

Your boss and your landlord can do your voting for you I guess.

They probably won’t get specific.

But I will say that the comment here is a quintessential example of an anti Wayland/SystemD complaint.

Nothing specific ever. Just “it’s a mess and buggy and slow”.

This being said by me making this comment the original poster might come up with the some specifics just because they feel called out.

We’re taking about high speed trains here. Independent of that, regarding attacks on commuter trains getting over it without American style tsa is a good thing.

I never predicted 9/11 security theater. That was someone else. I was saying the opposite. It isn’t needed and won’t happen.

Commuter trains aren’t high speed trains though.
