probably not.
it's more work than using sqlite inside of the application's container though.
is it possible to use sqlite as db engine? I'd like to avoid running yet another postgres container.

exactly that's the whole point of the mod. GaggiMate adds PID temperature control and a pressure transducer ("Pro" version only). The devs are actively working on the software and are releasing updates pretty much every week.
I'd love to upvote this more than once. What's the point of all those super high quality graphics if the core gameplay hasn't advanced in the slightest ๐
