Tech culture is around 10 years late here in India. So I can say I have worked with above tools. But CD Roms are now thing of past. Pen Drives, HDD and SDD are now tool of the game now.

A billion of Indians have no spending capacity. And at same time youth is unemployed but every department or organisation says they are under staffed. It is almost like they wait for elections to roll puy new vacancies for government jobs.
