I wanted to say, I'm excited about the possibility of machine learning use in medical screening. If we are able to get people to be checked more often and any abnormalities to be found earlier, it could save a lot of lives - and it's starting to look promising already

Even better! According to no hiding theorem, you can't destroy information. With black holes you maybe possibly could be able to recover the data as it leaks through the Hawking radiation.

I have a tablet with pen support and Clip Studio works well with touchscreen + pen with some really nice features I haven't found elsewhere

Why not go to the original? Mirror's Edge (2008) has still probably the best first person movement of any game. Unlike it's sequel, It's not an open world, but many cited it as a plus, since the levels still feel free but very well designed asking you to sprint through - and nearly the whole game you just run and climb with very few interruptions.
