Hell yeah, who do you play? I don't play any of the newer Street Fighters but I love the series

Two of my greatest accomplishments in my life, probably:

  • Beating a middle school/highschool aged boy at Tekken when I was like 8. He got super mad and stormed off, I then felt bad and looked for him to tell him he could take over my game which would've been so much more humiliating lol

  • Beating someone who was obviously an arcade rat at Street Fighter 3rd Strike when I'd only really been playing it on PlayStation

I never read but now I need to read for my study group so NOW I'm putting off those required readings to read the book I have been unable to get myself to read for months right up until the final hours before my study group where I will speed read it all.

is-this is this PDA?

I too have the same question. I love the little soybeans in Lao Gan Ma so much

I used to get those while using deodorant with aluminum in it, idk if it was just like a blocked pore or something but they weren't painful or anything. After I started using different deodorant it went away. Another possible option for you

Do it! Or if it feels less anxiety inducing if there's a party coming up see if she wants to meet up and get a drink and then go together??

Yes that makes a lot of sense and is what I assumed the strategy would be. When I tried to look for background on this, though, I just came across pieces that Lenin wrote to the Mensheviks about denouncing electoralism and nothing about his prior strategy so I was just a bit confused.

ah perfect thank you! In the biography I'm reading, the author talks disparagingly about how Lenin boasted about how much of a strict adherent to Marxism he was, but was constantly changing his positions on things if it suited him...And like yeah dude communist revolution had never been tried before, of course he's gonna change course. The author is a known lib though but apparently gives a pretty accurate account of events. His editorializing is obnoxious though

Lenin question: I'm reading a biography and pre-Great War, it appears that Lenin approved of elections and there were Bolshevik delegates in the State Dumas. Did he change his mind about electoralism after the war or something? I'm sure I can figure it out if I keep reading but I'm impatient and this has been bugging me for a while

I feel this deep in my bones as another autistic person lmao. It's so frustrating that people are so sensitive to that. It sounds like without putting it so bluntly, that you've provided opportunities for them to improve their skills through courses and articles which I think is entirely appropriate. But the thing of it is that people don't care which drives me up the wall.

I only do the bare minimum according to my standards with no impact on the rest of my team i.e. not increasing their work due to my proud bare minimumness

They do not care if it falls on another person because it's not their problem. Anecdote: I had a couple of coworkers who ALWAYS, weekly, multiple times a week, would call in sick or be late. I recognized that being short staffed would but a lot of stress on my coworkers, and so I started filling in a lot of shifts because I know how I feel when the shift is short, and I don't think other people should have to feel that. I started to get worked up about this and spoke to another coworker who simply said: "Stop caring. It doesn't matter, stop taking shifts." And that just sat so wrong with me. Like these people are just going to suck at their jobs, make it more difficult for everyone, but no one cares to try to get them to shape up?? It was extremely stressful/emotionally taxing work even when fully staffed, so it really struck me as bizarre that people just put up with it.

They also don't care if things are inefficient, because they just do their little workarounds that don't make sense or are a pain in the ass because they can't be arsed to figure it out even if it would ultimately make their lives (and everyone elses) easier. I assume it's an autistic thing, maybe not, but I feel like our "bare minimum" is generally much higher than that of our peers. Not all of the time, but in my last job I definitely noticed this with pretty much all but one or two of my coworkers. We did really enjoy our work, so did everyone else. But we easily did 2-3x the workload of everyone else and still fucked around the office or went home early and clocked our FTE.

Hi there, first I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. It's on a much smaller level but I've always struggled with body dysmorphia and clothes shopping is an absolute nightmare, it doesn't help that sizing can vary so greatly between brands and most of what is carried in stores are for "average sized" people.

Anyway, I really think you'll probably have to just shop online AND probably go to a tailor, based on what you've shared about your shape. It sucks, but then you can get something that fits you perfectly and it will probably feel much better than just getting something way oversized that is super baggy in some spots and not in others.

I found this website called Johnny Bigg that carries dress shirts up to an 8X. According to their size charts, an 8x can fit a 69-71" chest, so I'm thinking that you could get away with buying shirts from there, maybe, and bringing them to get tailored. Here is a nice button down shirt from them. It is possible that you might need to buy completely custom made dress pants though. Do you wear your pants over or under your belly? Not sure your exact shape but if you are able to wear pants under it, that might not be preferable for you but can cut down on the size significantly.
