Don’t get high on your supply I guess. Just like Zoom forcing RTO.

On a related note, if I become super rich, one of the first things I’ll do is not buy a bigger house or a fancy car. I’ll hire a personal chef to cook healthy, delicious meals. Not having to cook everyday is a big luxury.
Summer: 77-78 during the day, 75 at night.
Winter: 70
(Not so) pro tip: Buy a stand or desk fan. What actually makes 77 feel hot is because there’s no breeze. 77 in itself is not hot. What you need is air circulation. Keeping it at 77 with a fan to get a breeze going is comfortable enough. Your electric bill will also be lower.
He’s trying to get in HEB on the only day of the year they’re closed.
Thankfully, only ants have been the worst we’ve had so far. Liquid ant baits take care of them in the house, while mound killer granules take care of the ones outside. There’s the occasional tiny scorpion in the house every few weeks in the summer, while the bigger scorpions and spiders sometimes show up in the garage. They’re usually easy to kill because my garage is relatively empty, so it’s easy to chase them around.
Like the other comment said, think of the actual price you want to sell, then add a bit more. So when people haggle, you can bring it back down to the price you actually want. If I want to sell an item for $50, I post it as $60-$65.
Because paying a freelancer who charges more per hour one time is probably still cheaper than paying an employee’s salary + benefits + office space and/or equipment + other costs to retain them.
I’d take it for free and sell it at a big discount to one of his fanboys.
I was already semi remote at the time so I only went to the office 2-3 times a week. I was home at the time when it was announced that offices will be temporarily closed down, so I was like 🤷, didn’t really matter much. The only thing special I did was go to the office to get my office chair. Then the scramble to buy masks because they weren’t readily available at the time.
I’ve personally gotten more “what’s his/her/your insta?” than tiktok.
I'm a bit biased, but lemmee has great uptime and the admin is goodat maintaining the instance. There are monthly system and financial stats. For major changes to how things are run, they always post and ask for feedback from users, instead of just coming out with their own ruling.
They also leave it to the users to block instances they don't like. It can be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. If you want something more curated out-of-the-box, .world might be more up your alley. If you want to do it on your own, lemmee gives you more freedom to do so.
