Fuck that. You just know that as soon as they were issued the weapon, the entire department drew lots to see who got to use the shiny toy on protesters first.

If you have a bathtub, an easy way is just to fill that and use it for flushing the toilet. I think my family did that for a week after Katrina.

I always forget that in Europe, the government actually pursues fines and penalties levied against companies. Must be nice.

Bold of you to assume I'm expressing defeatism. My point is that Tesla can and will fight it. They'll lose eventually, sure. My hope is that the union has enough money to pay the court costs.

Even if the German courts rule in their favor (they should), good luck getting any money out of Tesla.

Who would do more damage: thousands of disgruntled, laid off bureaucrats, or one Chester Cheeto?

You respect the honesty because it reveals people's character. And if a person thinks that Taylor Swift is an awful singer, then cool, you can agree or disagree.

But when it's honesty about contempt for your fellow man? A punch in the face is the only thing that works.
