The whole "no legal precedence". Has been a thing for a few years now. We have what used to be called chaos nowadays.

The richest man on the face of the planet is actually a victim.

That takes me back. That was the standard reference for my journalism degree 35 years ago. I still have it.

Trump is just a sock puppet for the corporations and ideological doom players behind him. He has no idea what's going on most of the time.

War on orgasms. Catchy political slogan.

So if a lab rat adds, deletes or edits a person's DNA it is no longer a 'product of nature'?

I did this over a year ago, requesting that they delete my shit.

I got a nice email back saying that they would do so, but would retain necessary material to comply with local laws and law enforcement obligations.

So, my best bet is they didn't delete anything. I only hope is that they don't put it on the open market.

Even it true (and I'm sure that you're right), are you seriously telling me that Roberts' ragtag blob of clerks and security guards will overcome Trump's FBI and Federal security apparatus?

Or is your point just a technical correction?

I don't think that deputising a few people is going to disarm Donnie. Especially after their ruling that any "official acts" he makes are legal and legitimate.

He'll fold like a beach chair. Rather than be humiliated by having their rulings ignored, they'll just agree with the Republicans on everything.

Judges are political appointees so they deliver a political ruling. Everyone is acting shocked. They've been doing this shit for decades. The only difference is that they've turned it up a couple of notches.

Didn't Justice Samuel Alito fly an upside-down flag outside their home in 2021? He blamed his wife, but it was a clear MAGA bat signal, if there ever was one.

You don't have to have political parties pick your preferred brand of justice. Shocking as that might sound, most other western democracies don't do it.

The supreme court doesn't have a police force to enforce their rulings. JD Vance worked that out before the election. It relies upon the Federal government, as an institution, to follow it's will. Then came MAGA and the LOLs will ensure.
