I too heard about such meetings. I'm yet to participate in one though.

I like driving and I drive for fun. However, I work from home. Before covid, I certainly didn't like driving during rush hour, that was too stressful.

How is that different from any other computer buying from steam

To begin with, Nintendo Switch isn't "any other computer" where you can "buy from Steam", so this question seems irrelevant to this discussion.

You can find that on Reddit too. It’s just this community is much smaller, so these voices are more prominent on lemmy.

There’s still no light theme, you can’t upload videos, screenshots on your feed take like 20% of the screen with no proper full-screen view (it opens another window after two clicks that you have to close later), likes and comments don’t sync well between the friends feed and the game feed, and this list goes on and on. Steam client is far from fantastic. It’s a half-baked product with inconsistent user experience.
