That includes getting rid of industrial secrets, NDAs and exclusivity contracts right? Right?

Otherwise it's just about the rich being able exploit intellectual work of the poor.

These platforms have incentives to keep you on the platform. So their recommendation algos will purposefully down rank stuff that tries to convert to elsewhere.

She has set up her own website. She has been exploring alternatives for years, she is on Mastodon, Peertube etc...

You're having a meltdown because an artist is sharing whats's happening in her life. Guess what, tons of people love that. You're insulting someone you don't now shit about because shares update on her work situation... With the people that pay for her work?

You're the one that needs to touch grass.

Indeed. She doesn't talk about alternatives in this video, she hasn't made other videos talking about alternatives, hasn't setup her own website etc....

I'm not sure how she could pay her bills of she didn't have advice from randos on the internet...

She's not going to prison. Just electronic bracelet. And that's assuming appeals don't work.

They do. They don't use it because these tools actually have archiving and transparency tools to allow investigating federal agency. All such discussions must be archived for that reason. They use Signal for the disappearing messages.

They never pushed it for anyone but themselves though. And they're using it themselves to work around archiving and transparency regulations.

Car dealerships are fair game I don't care what happens to cars there. But an individual's car, I wouldn't go beyond leaving notes on the windshield, otherwise you're just making people angry for no good reason. Before 2020 a lot of people may have bought a Tesla and while Musk was always fishy, at the time it wasn't any worse than most other car companies. And not everyone can "just sell" their cars. Cybertrucks though... These are actively dangerous and disabling them is a matter of public safety 😝
