As a society, why do we still have to deal with this people? In the past, they would have been exiled.

Agreed, it doesn't help that America's public education is in such a state of disrepair and running on life support, which will most likely be unplugged soon.
Respectfully, the view you're expressing isn't consistent with history, at least here in the US.
Often, the people doing the ethnic cleansing get rewarded.
"rewarded" is a weird way of saying free land.
There's no free land anymore. They're deporting all the super cheap labor.
This time around there is no reward. That's what is so strange.

I disagree. It’s usually ousted terrible leaders, minority groups, and the educated that are most often forced out.
The more uneducated remain.
