Because of the way the Canadian (I think?) courts work, there's no way of knowing unless the complainant speaks out. Their only statement essentially said that they're not willing to re-live the trauma.

Apparently, in a previous arrest for domestic disturbance, he had the cops called on him by people who said they heard a troubling altercation. The alleged victim refused to press charges and released a statement saying that the two of them are just friends who had a very loud argument.

While I'd love to believe that everyone is just trying their best, my faith in humanity is screaming fool me once...
