I remember when I used to watch the clock, afraid of sunrise because I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep once it appeared and I wasn’t ready to go to bed. My how the times have changed.
I used to hate the sun
because it shined on everything I'd done
It made me feel
that all I have done
is overflow the ashtray of my life
