Why does BadEmpanada always have to fuck up and act like a liberal? Like hes recently stated that "tankie is just a buzzword used by liberals" and also made a based video debunking the Holodomor and exposing the double genocide theory, but then he still makes trash like this. "Grover Furr is basically a stalinist holocaust denier" "Hes not taken seriously by anyone [meaning liberal academia]" "Only 14 year old Twitter stalinists read him". "Hes not a serious historian" No analysis of his books, no evidence, no arguments, just the good ol "if liberal academia doesnt approve what you say then its wrong" spiced up with some double genocide bs ("stalinist denial=holocaust denial"). Like literally, Furr cites the same "respectable historians" BE cited in his Holodomor video and arrives pretty much at the same conclusion about the Holodomor, that it wasnt a genocide nor man made (as in intentionally made). And yet, somehow, Grover Furr is a "stalinist holocaust denier". How can you be this stupid? I dont understand, please help.

    I know right? Like on latin american politics he always gets it right, calling out the coups in Bolivia and Venezuela and the bs about "muh Maduro/Morales authoritarian". But somehow with China and Russia he doesnt say the same thing. He supported the Hong Kong protests and supports Ukraine now, calling Putin a "murderous evil bastard". He also loves ranting about "stalinists". Are anglos just permanently brainwashed or what?

    Not necessarily permanent, but very, very hard to get rid of. It is ingrained from birth, and schools try their best to condition you not to question anything. I'm lucky enough to have noticed and resisted the conditioning, but had to pay the price of being extremely stressed in school, which led to burnout and a low GPA, which has repercussions in the future.

    They will try as hard as they can to indoctrinate you, and if they can't, they make sure to make your life as difficult as possible.

    Then, there's the fact that they teach everyone that people who don't agree with the propaganda are evil fascists who want to destroy freedom and democracy, which means that if you reject the propaganda, you get vilified for it. Therefore, the more social a person is, the less likely they will be to reject the propaganda, and a lot of them will be in denial of the truth because they don't want to lose relationships over it.

    It's truly an evil, despicable system that needs to be abolished.

    Yeah his politics are such a bizarre mixture between dialectical materialism and bog standard liberal idealism. I don't know how he reconciles the cognitive dissonance.

    I guess you can take the empanada out of straya, but you can't take the straya out of the empanada.

    This. I geniunely dont get how he can be this inconsistent. Like one moment hell be (rightfully) dunking on Vaush or Azov Something for defending the neonazis in Ukraine and the next hell be like "Ukraine is in the right, Putin bad, we must support Ukraine". Like how do you reconcile "Ukraine is full of nazis and thats bad" with "we must support Ukraine". Geniunely incomprehensible. Also he geniunely believes Russia and China are imperialist, although at least he says the US is way worse. Also what is straya? I dont know what that is.
