If one allows ICE to continue to trample over Due Process, then we might as well throw the whole country in the trash.

Protect Due Process, at all costs.

Got real bad news then, since due process died long before this. The only thing that's changed is now the government doesn't even have to call someone a terrorist. I imagine the next step is to bring extrajudicial killings home.

Which is why the protests must continue. Fascist 47 has already backed off a little about hotels and farmers.

There are still people sitting in Gitmo, snatched 20 years ago, that have been tortured and denied anything even remotely close to due process. The current governor of Florida, supposedly their advocate, stood by and watched the torture. They have been imprisoned illegally under 4 different presidents; both Republican and Democrat.
