With how messed up Boeing has been for years, it's wild that anyone is still buying their shit. Boeing used to be a driving force in innovation and safety and it all went to shit after merger with McDonnell Douglas when greedy corporate suits took over with profits being the only driving force.

Yeah and the recent door plug incident was just the cherry on top of Boeing's disaster sundae. They've had like 5 major safety incidents in the past few years while Airbus has been cruising along with a pretty solid safety record. No wonder more airlines are making the switch.
