This is the third post i made today related to the wedding protests. I hope you people enjoy. I'm sharing these because many of the protesters behind it are getting arrested.
Keep going, ~~King~~ buddy.
I'm glad you are. I love the "No Kings" slogan and that other countries are taking it up. I wish they would call the next protest in America "No Kings II, then whatever they were going to call it here." I guess we could could call it unofficially, "No Kings II."
UK here - dearly wish we would take up the No Kings thing... 😔
From the outside looking in, the pageantry of it all is probably why it sticks. You also have someone to talk about. We get the drama of US citizens and immigrants being sent to concentration camps or prisons in other countries.
Also outside looking in:
From what I’ve heard the royals bring in a lot of tourism money.. or used to anyway.. idk about this -ahem- new fella..
Just give him time, I'm sure people will start respecting him if he does a good job for 20-30 years
Not all heroes wear capes, and you’re a magnificent human for helping spread this content. It’s important.
Why are the protestors getting arrested?
Law after law the government is criminalizing protests. In St Mark's Square any non-authorized protest is prohibited so even a sit-in could result in breaking the law. Here's the moment they arrested someone in a wheelchair:

Italy has a fascist government, and the council of Venice is pro Bezos, claiming that somehow he has more right to rent Venice than its citizens have to live in it.
Ugh, that sucks.
How?
The granddaughter of the guy that literally invented fascism is in Italian parliament right now.
And she's really proud of her granddaddy.
Great work. Way to stick your neck out.
