I think the term mostly refers to bigots. Most "TERFs" aren't even radfems, they just use "protecting women" as an excuse for their bigotry.

I think the number may change depending on the framing. ~50% of all fertilized eggs fail to implant, in which case the woman would have a regular period. If you count those as miscarriages, I could imagine seeing a number as high as 75%.
