I was doing tabata at home for years (body weight exercises). Its alright but its hard to train all muscles. I ended up being strong at some things but weak in other muscles. My arms were big but shoulders small, as an example. But thats also because I mostly did pushups.
I'll have to look into that. I do weights, but I was looking for something for a nice morning workout.
