Honestly, if they can find a way to put this in place without accidentally (intentionally) making people miss a round of voting, then I would be for it. Confirming citizenship is a step toward mandatory voting, which I am in favor of.

I would also like to see provisions on the bill to make the switch to an enhanced ID mandatory and remove the option of a second-tier ID, as well as a mailer and radio campaign to announce deadlines and sites to get the ID.
