Most protein rich foods are processed junk no? Unless you're downing cans of beans maybe.
No? I do eat a lot of beans, but also eat fresh meat that I cook in advance. I'm not chowing down on hot dogs and slim jims
Ah, hadn't really considered someone having cooked meats laying around as a snack...
And I know it's pedantic, and calling it 'junk' would be too much certainly, but if you salt that meat and cook it in oil it's not truly unprocessed.
