Misleading headline on the Daily Mail site, both articles say he might be stepping down "soon". So that might happen eventually but I can't find any news reports saying it actually happened.

Don't special government employees (like musk is) have a time limit if 130 days? Is this article just saying that 130 days is coming up soon? With all the laws they've broken, seems silly to assume they'd obey this one.

It doesn’t corroborate the Daily Mail headline. But it dies imply the headline will happen sometime in the near future.
