What does that even mean

Like, seriously, how is that even gonna be enforced? How do you ban a boycott? Genuinely curious. I’m fascinated to hear how they propose to detect and enforce and legally defend prosecution of people under that law, because it’s prima facie complete nonsense.

    It works because they could prosecute anyone organizing, or encouraging the boycott. A boycott isn't just "not buying stuff". For real effect, you need a public campaign. This is obviously 100% an issue of free speech.
