Honda GX160 Carburetor Gasket Thickness. Where can I find it? (sh.itjust.works)

I’m fixing a Honda GX160 carburetor and noticed that the service manual doesn’t specify the gasket thickness anywhere.

Does anyone know what the correct gasket thickness is supposed to be for the GX160? And is gasket thickness actually important, or can I use any aftermarket set as long as it fits? I’m trying to understand whether the thickness affects anything.

Also, if anyone knows good sources for this kind of information, parts diagrams, technical bulletins, reliable aftermarket manuals, or even a trustworthy site where people have measured OEM gaskets—I’d appreciate any direction.

I assume you're referring to the gasket that goes between the carburetor and the intake on the engine. If so the thickness isn't super important. A thicker gasket can seal larger impurities, but if you stay away from a super cheap kit you should be fine.
