https://signal.org/blog/polls/ says "but poll responses are not anonymous and anyone can see who has voted for which option in a poll."

That's anyone in the group chat who can see the poll, not actually anyone in the unrestricted sense, right? Right?

@14th_cylon @ohlaph Some businesses do monitor their reviews, others don't. If you don't have a clear way to complain usefully, complain in public, it might help.

    these are often not complains, but really requests that should be aimed at some helpline ("hello, do you sell x?" or "are you open on monday?") and these people just have trouble to differentiate the channel they are using.
