Looks like discussions as far back as August of last year are talking about it. So I'm not sure where you're getting all those extra "?"s from.
First i've read of it. Given that if it did it'd be the first big game with working kernel-level anti-cheat on linux i'm gonna assume the answer is no.
The windows client has denuvo anti-tamper.
Linux client doesnt have denuvo and is already cracked.
I dont think civ 7 has anti cheat at all...
Just google "civ 7 anti-cheat", I have not found a single source for any anti-cheat. They only talk about denuvo anti-tamper.
