Brainstorming here but you have to factor in that right wing media exists to manipulate these people. To specifically fix it, a major part is reverse engineering right wing media and crashing it.

A) prevent chuck schumer from continuing to be in office. Fascist media needs a villain, wrestling needs a heel. remove the low hanging fruit and they start infighting because how could the new guy be responsible for old problems? The "deep state" mythology exists to explain why republican policies (tax cuts) don't produce results (prosperity).

B) make the new conservative fad to be off social media - camping or whatever it doesnt matter. Get them away from the echo chamber for five minutes and see if boredom without internet causes their brain cells to start working again. At the very least this would reduce the profitability of the media by reducing view counts.

C) People in tennessee are so pilled they thought they could vote against mamdani in the New York Mayoral election. Guerrilla education would be a funny way to combat the stupidity of MAGA. Its speculated that Trump is obsessed with greenland because he thinks its huge due to map distortion on mercator map projections. A way to show how dumb this is indirectly would be to give out free globes.

Edit: I should say it would be easier to win an election with somebody in office like Mamdani who has both charisma and good values. But since the question is specifically getting trumpers to not vote, the answers are what they are.
