Is it just me, or is the latets update kind of buggy?

Half the videos dont load instantly. I get the "Not available. Open in browser" nessage. Then when I click it (I set it up to open youtube links in NewPipe automatically) it does open the video in NewPipe.

Also the fullscreen feature seems broken. It used to go back to nomal view when the video was finished, but that's not happening anymore. Also its hard to go back to normal view anyways.

Same. I came here hoping to see why I'm getting "unavailable" for so many videos now.

It seems that pipepipe now works again. Newpipe doesn't have an update yet. Also nothing loads anymore on newpipe now.

Yeah, I saw the GitHub issue assigned. Good luck to them.

As for pipepipe, I was curious if it was actually working. Just installed, tested, uninstalled. On my end, it's behaving the same (but with a less helpful error message). No content plays.

I'm happy to exercise patience while the newpipe team does their thing. I'm really grateful for what they've been able to provide thus far.

Yes, same. I've been very busy this past year, but that's coming to an end. I've been playing with the tought of diving into the code and start contributing when I get some time.

There's so many projects I'd like to be involved in, but my day to day job murders all desire to do any additional coding and engineering, even for projects I love. I just don't have the steam.

Perhaps one day, when I finally get another job and my work life balance is actually healthy, I can then get back to those projects I truly enjoy. Well, I'd like to imagine and fantasize, at least. 😁
