“This is a unique urban tree that we are proud to have as part of our city. Its survival against the odds, and reassuring presence, make it a symbol of hope. We want to dream big and think it will speak to people in cities around the world.

If I had any form of Photoshop skills I would make this "meme" with this image instead, I think it would be pretty dope

Here you go! I probably got some of the details of the VCR effect wrong but I think the general look is close enough
