I don't think it can be overthrown today; surveillance of means of communication is now total; their only restriction is the massive amount of data.

It CAN collapse in on itself, that is inevitable.

I would be delighted if I was proved wrong.

    Revolution happens in crisis, it isn't something you can force. That being said, as the US Empire is deteriorating, this makes it more and more likely to hit a crisis that can turn into revolution every passing day.
